Summer activities list

• Hitting up old friends. 
• Part-time manual work. It feels really good to do something with my hands again.
• Doing interviews for The Story Game! There are two coming up soon that I'm particularly excited about, on David Naimon's Between the Covers podcast and Constance Malloy's The Burning Hearth. 
• "Library Training." This is what I've decided to call the weird and nerdy activity that I've recently started doing. Basically I go to a local library and read an entire book in one sitting, regardless of how bored/hungry/distracted my body gets. I’m starting with slimmer books for now, but working my way up. I don't know why I'm doing this but it feels like a training programme for some long-neglected muscle. 
• Watching a lot of anime?? I used to do this as a teenager to process feelings of rage (lol). And I'm not sure what exactly this has to do with my second book, but I'm sure that it's related. So far I've watched Run With the Wind and Haikyu - appreciate any other recs about teamwork.
